I didn't even know these things existed until I saw them at HD tonight! Very cool and only 30 bucks!

Anyone use them?

Wireless? meaning what?
without a cord that plugs into an outlet?

The probe that measures the outside temp is wireless. Each unit takes two AAA bateries.
