Got the stud, and memory card!

So, we got the stud, his colors are a little bland, almost orange, while mine is solid gold but its either that or pay like 250$ for a baby...
He does have a few things I like, a continuous stripe down his back, and a pattern with really crisp lines.

For the most part hes doing his job, shes not overly responsive but she is following him a round a bit and not trying to get away, can't complain.
Hes twitching like crazy which is expected, sorry for the poor photo quality, camera is being a pain.

The first 2 photos are the male, hes got a bit of mud on his nose for lunging at a flower for some reason.... Yeah...
3rd and 4th photo were taken seconds apart but the lens got all foggy and I didn't want to bother them.

In the 3rd and fourth pic, mines the one with the stripe made of gold and bright white pattern, Male is the other one.

Shes so much bigger then him, hes a few years old and only like 4-5 feet long.

Taiwan Beauty snake. My female is a few inches shy of 8 feet right now. They are arboreal though, so not girthy.

Shes being a beast and shoving him into the corner, but at the same time shes still letting him follow her head with his head, so it looks... potentially promising.
I wana leave them alone, but at the same time, its not my male and my female could easily kill him, so I'm just gona keep my distance for a bit.

Almost got a lock up, both cloacas were turned towards eachother, then she flipped a ****, he backed off and she calmed down... Prolly gona try again tomorrow and give them some time apart if this keeps up for another hour, I need to leave soon anyway.

Shes giving all the signs that she will let him, but these things sometimes take time.. Had a snake take 3 weeks of on and off contact with the male before we actually got a lock up.

Thanks man, and yeh, shes freaking pretty.
They need large terrariums though because they are arboreal.
They care allot more about wide air space then high air space. 3 feet high is more then high enough, as long as they have vines to climb.

So where did you get this male from? Do you not quarantine your animals? I for one, breeding loan or not, would never attempt what you're doing! I don't trust any animal from anyone.

I know the owner, hes had this animal as his only animal for about 2 years. He never takes it out, its a display pet. It's in perfect health, and hes a neat freak, so its well taken care of.
With anyone else I'd quarantine for at least 6 months, normally 9.
