Alot of you know I run a reptile relocation project that takes in unwanted reptiles. Well I got a call a couple day ago and today I went and picked up this Beardy. She is awesome. They said she was aggressive but when I asked how she said that it stuck its tongue out when she was putting a harness on it. I carried her around all day today and she is so sweet. I took her to the vet to be looked at and they said she looked perfectly healthy and had been takin really good care of. They really did take awesome care of her. She had just a regular light bulb over her when I got her, but now she has a 5.0 Reptiglow UVA bulb and a 100watts UVB basking bulb and she is soaking it up.
On the way home

Cute girl. I wonder why the person wanted to get rid of her after taking such good care of her. Oh wells. What is the apporx. age? Glad she has a new home and I LOVE the tank.

Wish I lived closer, giving a friend a female beardie, a breeding pair would be a treat!

Goodness she is an old lady! Not to many years left for her, but at least she has a good home for the time she has left.

Yea and she wont just be sitting in a spare bedroom. She has been to petco 3 times in the last 2 days. Plus running around in the back yard. ( under a watchful eye of course)

Sounds like my old man KyJinn. He is 5 years old and loves his own trips out to local stores, expos, and the like. Not to mention wolfing down crickets like there is no tomorrow. And when not doing any of that he is letting me know he doesn't like today's salad by pooing in his dish LOL
Glad you found her such a great home in her "old age" ;)
