Latest addition! Help me decide a name!

I finally got myself a chondro! Went to Repticon today and came across this little gem. She's a CBB Biak approx 13 months old. She was produced by Morelia Gold, Inc. of Gainsville, Florida. What made me get her was how amazingly tame she was. Unlike any biak I've ever encountered. I'm really glad I purchased a yearling as well because it means I know she's established. Got her set-up in my tank letting her relax and adjust. I'll post some more pictures throughout the week as she acclimates.

i would wait until she's settled in and eating regular,before i handled or took more pictures

not trying to be cheeky but imo its more important to get them eating

That white spot on her head is cute! For some reason the name Halo (not like the game...not a game reference) for her. Maybe its that golden color with the white spot...but Halo is what I would name her <3

She's beautiful. I would call her Snowhite because of her white underbelly and the white spots on her could be snowflakes. Or just call her Spot! ;)

I like "non pet names" for pets. My girl is Kahlil. I think your girl needs a feminine name like annabell. (sp?) or Gloria haha something like that would be sweet :)

Very nice - judging by the green on her spine after her next shed she will look horrible and a muddy greeny yellowy colour and then a couple of sheds later her adult colours will be there and a nice beautiful green!

Somehow even that muddy brown would still come off pretty to me. No such thing as an ugly color on a snake ;)

I chose the name because in Latin it means "beautiful serpent." Any other correlations are pure coincidence.

The trick is not to read everything. Obviously there's only a handful of topics on each forum that is relevant to anyone's personal interests. In my case, it's arboreal species of herps, husbandry, and viv design. For others it might strictly be tortoises. Don't over-extend yourself.

My main interest is snakes, lizards and of course husbandry.

I only stick to this forum and one other for the sole reason that i read EVERY post - would take all day if i joined other forums as well (tho twitter and facebook take time as well!)
