I am looking at two snakes for purchase as a hatchling, they look the exact same to me, so I am confused.
a "Hypo Motley" @ http://www.generalexotics.com/images/Hypomelanistic_Motley_Corn.jpg

And a "Sunglow Motley" @ http://cornsnakes.net/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.pbv.tpl&product_id=139&Itemid=84

These are of course stock photos and all, but are these the same type snake? One had black eyes, the other pink/red eyes... I emailed cornsakes.net and he tells me: "Sunglows are albinos, so "yes" the sunglow motley has red eyes." So I am confused.
Also, can someone provide a picture of what these should look like as a hatchling/Infant?
Set me straight please. Thank You for your attention :)

There aren't a ton of corn snake people on this forum. While I do have some corn snake experience, I'm still learning about the many different morphs, so I can't really help you out. You would probably have better luck on cornsnakes.com
Pretty much the only thing I can tell you is that a Sunglow is a type of Amel (albino) and a hypo has less black pigmentation than normal. The picture you posted of the hypo motley doesn't look like a hypo to me, but I could be wrong.

I second that, the Hypo pic isnt actually a Hypo as far as I can tell. Course I could be wrong too :3

I would check out Guide to Reptile Morphs - Ians Vivarium (http://iansvivarium.com/morphs/)
There you can look up what different morphs look like at different phases.
This is probably the easiest way to help you out.

this is how i understand it, the sunglow is an amellanistic (albino type of morph); this morph lacks the colour gene melanin, the melanin is the black pigment, without melanin, theres no black colouring within the snake what so ever, hence the red eyes.
the hypo has less melanin than a normal snake but more than a sunglow, so a hypo will have black colouring (hence the black eyes) and will generally be a darker body colour than a sunglow but there patterns will appear pretty much the same as the pattern itself is the motley, the hypo and/or the sunglow hasnt really got much to do with pattern, just the colouring.
i may be wrong with this, but thats as far as i know.

Absolutely use the link Kat (Gungirl) posted, it's one of the best resources out there for corn identification.
'88 is right; hits the nail on the head with the motley bit, too.
Of course, as others have pointed out, I'm faaaaaaairly certain that isn't a hypo, so that's not much help either. Again, I'd direct you as Kat did to Guide to Corn Snake Morphs - Ians Vivarium (http://iansvivarium.com/morphs/species/elaphe_guttata/)
enjoy! :)

they look more like blood red motleys to me, maybe the bottom one has some hypo/pastel to it, but it could just be the lighting that makes it look lighter. but im not a corn snake guy, i just have a bloodred motley upstairs owned by my dad, which is why im giving my 2 cents :P i could be so wrong lol its a burm LOL jk

There are so many genes out there in the corn pool that many of them when combined in certain ways will look the same. In the genetics you will find different things though, different reasons why the snake is that color.
For the 2 pictured, the main difference is of course, the eyes.

pretty much the only difference is the eyes lol
