Hello again!:) So as promised, I have taken a few more pics - my apologies for the poor quality, my camera isn't great and doesn't seem to capture his pink to pink tones well at all. I will try again in natural daylight, maybe I can get some more that are "true to life". Thanks for looking!:)

I retrospect, taking shots at night with the flash was a bad idea..stupid flash really washes out the color :( Sorry guys, I promise I will get better ones soon.

Why thank you!!:) Ya, you great people on this forum are the only ones I know who wouldn’t look at me funny when I say he’s cute :p I really can’t resist that sweet face! But try saying that to a non-snake person and you’ll get the “you’re crazy” look. Ahh well, I think that’s part of the reason why we have great communities like this, so we can talk to people who share our “weird” interests:p

Thanks Stuart!:) And there's the question I was dreading..lol Choosing names for my pets is the BANE of my existence! Lol I really want something unique, while still qualifying as a “pet name” if that makes sense. I have been toying with the name “Seidon” from Poseidon (I love Greek mythology). But I don’t know, I am still thinking...any suggestions?:)

Thanks Jay!:) He's a lipstick sunglow, actually - both his parents r lipstick line animals direct from Tom Burke himself, and khal strain, I believe. The breeder told me he's possibly Super Lipstick Sunglow, but I won't know that until I breed him of course. I'll try and get some daylight shots posted soon too:)

Well hey, I've seen some absolutely amazing albinos, i bet yours is a stunner;) Thank you, I really did catch the sunglow craving:p I know it's hard though, there are so many morphs I would love to get. Sadly, there exists a limiting budget! lol I also have a craving for a nice bloody salmon..but that $3000.00 I don't have to spare at the moment.

Would love to see some pics of your albino! Is there a thread where you've posted pics of him/her?:)

Thank you very much Freebody!:) I should mention that "she" is actually a "he":p I think I may have confused both you and TeaNinja by commenting on Snakey-Jay-BRB's lovely female albino boa.

Nice looking snake, everytime I see Boa pics these days it makes me want one a little more. Still set on the BP as my first "large" snake though.

Nice looking snake, I still am trying to understand why everyone preferences a yellow or orange snake (albionos, lipstics ect) To me it doesn't make sense that you would pay more for a colour mutation? I just prefer plain old natural boas.

Thank you Steve!:) Wish my camera could capture his pink tones better so I could show you guys, but that aside, I agree the colors are still great.

Thank you vendettaseve!:) BPs are great snakes from what I've heard, definitely a good choice!

Thank you Jay!:) I definitely find RTBs natural coloration beautiful, but I've always loved striking color morphs, whatever is "different" from the norm as well (goes for a lot of things in my life:p). When I saw his striking coloration and markings for the first time, I just couldn't resist. The yellow, pink and papaya colors just really caught my fancy. But as with everything in life, to each his own!:)

Good God, what a beauty he is!! Can't wait to see this one grow up :)

If you're still taking name suggestions, I'd put forth Helios, Hyperion, and Phaeton. Helios was the Greek sun Titan/God, also known as Hyperion. Phaeton was his son who once borrowed the chariot that pulled the sun across the sky; in the tradition of young men in their father's vehicles, he crashed it into the nearest object which happened to be the earth. Just a few ideas :)

And wow, thanks for those names, and the mythological lesson - much appreciated :) I'm with Stephan, Helios is an awesome name! In later Ancient Greek literature, however, Hyperion is always distinguished from Helios - the former was ascribed the characteristics of the 'God of Watchfulness and Wisdom', while the latter became the physical incarnation of the Sun - which makes Helios an even MORE desirable name because I find the Sun is quite an appropriate object to associate with my boa's coloring :) Now it's between Helios and Sydon (or Seidon, from Poseidon)...ahh, I hate choosing! I think I will have to put this to a vote I think....

Helios was also the name of the creator of Frankenstein in one of my favorite books.

Aww thank you Kayla!! :) You really have to meet him in person! I can't wait to do a photoshoot with him using my new camera - I'll post the pics here when I finally get around to it :) Btw, he had his first "bath time" yesterday - and LOVED it! Had a nice tub of warm (but not human bath warm) water and his branch in there - he swam around a bit, did some underwater diving then curled up on his branch, half in and half out of the water. He could have escaped at anytime, his head was about half an inch from the top of the lid, but he stayed put! He peeked his head over a couple times..but I guess he decided he liked it better in the tub. I was really surprised at how content he seemed in there...I think I will try to give him a visit to "the pool" on a regular basis :)
