What mansion is that sitting at the edge of the cliff?
Is that a cheetah hybrid? never saw one with striping.

Don't know what the mansion is..... but that cheetah is a morphological variant known as a "king" cheetah..
Great pics by the way....

Absolutely stunning! I love the newfie and the rooster pics! As a novice DSLR owner, may I ask what your favorite lens is? Is it what you used for these shots? I can only hope to take pictures near as well as you! :)

May fave lens is my 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS which I used for most of the shots except for the shots of the moon, spider and corn snake. For the spider and snake I used my next fave lens - canon 60mm macro with a canon MR-14EX ring flash for the spider shot, the flash comes in very handy when photographing insects.

Am I right to assume that all the shots are HDR shots (possibly 5 frame brackets)? I'm re-building my kit at the moment and looking into HDR as I've always been a film shooter.
Awesome pics. Love the close ups. Corn pic is cool.

Only the castle is an attempt at HDR, non of the others though

I am looking at getting the ring flash. I just haven't gotten around to it as I am drooling over a 50mm 1.4 right now that I am trying to save up for. I have a 60mm macro too and love it. Thanks for letting me know your fave lenses! I am always curious about the lens people go for most. :)

Some of these pictures are humorous. Like all the birds with their mouths open...
And how the cheetah is on one foot. ;p
