When we got Ivan I liked his colors but wasn't realizing how much he was going to change.. the bigger he gets the thicker his borders get and the more red and yellow I see!! I can't wait for a few more sheds to see what else he comes out with!

Thanks! I would guess that he is about 30" and weighs about 80 grams.

He may not be a pure okeetee!! I'm not saying he is or isn't, I'm just saying you may want to look up some of the more popular corn outcrossings. Either way, absolute stunner of a snake; you should be very proud to have him in your collection :yes: :D

I am not really sure what morph he would be considered. I have been told he was a normal(they failed) Okeetee and a buckskin okeetee.. I am not really sure... Can you post pics of yours for me to compare to a bit? I am going to bring a pic of him to the Expo and see what a real Breeder says.

He definitely has Okeetee in him, but he looks just the slightest bit different...very unique!! :yes: Let us know what (if anything) you find out at the Expo! :)

I have seen Okeetees, Reverse Okeetee's and Abbot's Okeetee's, but I never heard of a Buckskin Okeetee. Wonder if it's a newer morph?? either way, your snake is stunning!!!

Haha thanks. I think he is a stunner too. I googled buckskin and a few that look just like him came up. I will say that the older he gets the more red/orange he gets. I will try to find some good pics of him when he was a little worm but he had almost no orange or red on him at all... I cant wait for him to get older and change more.

All these corns are awesome looking.I love the colors of that first pic in the thread.Amazing.
My normal pair are about the same size as gungirls.In fact all my corns are just babies because I just recently got them.
I cant wait till they grow up and start changing.

Thanks! All the pictures I posted are of my 1 corn Ivan. The last few are of him when he was 2-3 months old where as the first 2 are of him at 5 months and the next ones are him at 9 months.. I am amazed at his color change every shed. His colors get a little more bold and brighter every time. I can't wait to see him as an adult.

I'm just really hopeful that he keeps those! So far they have been getting brighter and thicker with every shed and the black borders are holding up strong. I will still love him if that changes but I really hope it does not.

I'm really not into corns all that much but Ivan really catches my attention. I hope he retains those bright colors and thick black borders too :yes:

Corns and milks so often have sweet coloration. One of the the definite pluses to them, IMO.

Thanks guys! He is my baby and always will be. I am just happy that he is keeping his nice buckskin colors as he gets bigger. I was afraid he was going to loose them as he got older.
