So i own a carept python, a kingsnake, and a BRB. Now im looking for something...bigger. I want a snake that get to about 9-12 feet, hearty, andhandlable.(with proper work obviously) I know the obvious choices like a retic or a burm, but are there any other less common giants that make good pets? Let me know what you got and what you think.

Red tailed boas get about the length you are looking for, and look amazing in my book :)

Coastal Carpets python, Diamonds Python and Olive Pythons all can get around 10 feet. With time your Coastal could easily be ten plus feet. I have heard of some getting up to 12 feet. If your wanting something with girth Red-tail Boa or yellow anaconda would be your best bet, or a dwarf Retic.
Yellow Anaconda male get 7 to 10 feet and females 10 to 14 feet. They can be puppy dog tame or like a chain saw with teeth.

Olive pythons tend to be pretty mellow, but if you plan on breeding the snake you get DON'T start with an olive... they can be aggressive when guarding eggs and strike FAR.
