Any list is still a wish list. You can't say for certain you will get all those snakes on your list. You don't know what the future holds, nothing is certain or set in stone.
Even my shopping list each week is a wish list lol They may not have what I want, prices may have gone up, I may decide to switch to a different brand
A list of snakes I know I'm going to get are 2x snow motley hurricane corns, 1 snow stripe corn and a MBK. I know this as they are all arriving in the next few weeks
My wishlist would be a retic of some sort, a kahl albino boa, maybe some stunning looking jungle corns oooh and a green annie!! lol

lol nah, these are a long way off, if ever. I'm sensible enough to know I'm not ready for a big boa yet, prob never have a retic unless a SD and doubt I will ever have an anaconda, unless I find a sexy man who owns one and lets me share it!!
May get the jungles though if my 2 produce some nice ones next year

Got rid of my snakes before my first surgery, spent 4 months in recovery and couldn't take care of them. After my next surgery/recovery my collection will hopefully explode back to where it used to be. Miss my tics, I'd prolly be freakin out if my cousin didn't own one that I could visit.

Lower back injury diving, and I tore my finger off and needed it reattached. My next surgery will be to rebuild my rib cage/sternum from an old injury, couldn't get it fixed till I turned 18 and to be honest, I was scared of losing 6 months of my life at that age.

1- English Bulldog
2- Albino Boa (love them all, but want something that stays in the 6-9ft range since I love handling snakes)
3- Rottweiler (Bulls and rotts are the most affectionate and playful dogs I have ever been around)
4- Burmese Python (I really want a BIG snake, but just don't like the temperaments of Retics and Rocks)
I got my first snake today, a baby dwarf Motley Boa, absolutely love him! Can't wait to move into a place with more space so I can fully accommodate a full grown boa :)

Please don't believe what you read from random people online or on the news. I have worked with retics and rocks in the past, only a few rocks but lots of retics. Other then 1 rock and 2 WC retics, they were ALL dog tame and never tried to strike outside of feeding response and as babies.
Retics are the most rewarding species I have ever worked with.

Ah I see. I suppose I should have said that I enjoy a more "hands-on" approach with my animals, including feeding. From what I understand, that eventually becomes impractical and potentially dangerous with those two breeds. I really want something that I can let out of its cage and roam around for a while without causing too much of a ruckus... but I understand that a 15 foot snake isn't necessarily something you want just hanging out in your dining room lol.

Do you realise how big burms get? I have worked with them in the past aswel as boas and I can tell you for a FACT that you don't want your hands anywhere close to the animal when they go for their food. Please don't even try, its just a really bad idea and will only give snakes a worse reputation.
That being said some retics do have an awesome feeding response, but some simply slurp up their rabbits like spaghetti.

true enough but the cost start going up even more when you start adding cages and set ups for all of them. the ivory would be the real expemsive one. if you were to get it to the carpet python wish list the cost is just insanely high.

Bush vipers are godlike, even if they don't drink water.

Pretty much any carpet I am interested in. I have seen pic of albinos and then I heard the price tag. the granits and the zebras look amazing especially if you cross them to a jag. oh and I have hear about the super zebra carpets. I guess they are all yellow I havent found any pics of them. just makes me wish Kerry King would start a websit so I can see what he has and what he wants to sell.
Maybe I have the name wrong. They are white and black!! Stunners

I'm not a carpet man myself, they are cool, but not my preferred snake so I don't know that much about em. Learning new things is always fun though.

You know retics come in SD right, so instead of 18-25 feet they get 5-8?

I just noticed that I said "my retics like" That picture is not of an animal I own, I actually don't own any retics at this time, but am planning to get 3 of them in october at the latest.
SDs stay small lol, and skinny. But some people like carpets :)

I already talked to Bob Clark, I'm getting a purple albino, a sunfire het albino and a motley albino in october, hopefully sooner. Toying with the idea of getting a Sulawesi from a friend, but I don't know if thats something I should jump into. (they are a locale of retic that get long fast, but also get REALLY girthy) they also tend to have attitude problems until trained, even then some don't change.

I knew about the size and the attitude problem. in fact I heard more about the attitude problem more then anything else

Most retics are absolutely dog tame though. A friend had his get bitten by the dog for whatever reason, and it just tried to get away. In general they act as nicely as you train them, just be careful around feeding time.
