it has the black spots on it like hogs normally do, so maybe it is. the rest of it just looks more normal then hog to me.
either way, it looks like a very nice snake :)
i'll have to post some pics once my new girl sheds.
yeahh thats what i was thinking too?? MAYBE a cross??

Honestly, that looks like a salmon hypo RTB to me. It could very well have Hogg Island blood in it, or even be a Hogg Island, but I doubt that it is pure Hogg, and it definitely is carrying a salmon hypo gene.

It's a Hypo Boa Constrictor.
Not a Red-Tailed Boa. The saddles are not shaped correctly. It just does not look like a Red-Tailed to me at all.

red tail boa is a pretty broad term. i've seen rtb's with all kinds of crazy saddles.
when i look at bo2as hog, the saddles are pretty similar to the OP's snake's saddles.

Clarification: I meant hypo common Bci. I've heard RTB used for both BCI and the true red-tails (members of Bcc, like Peruvia, Bolivian, etc).
It appears to be a very nice hypo Colombian boa, or common boa. As such, it can be expected to reach sizes of 8-10 feet, rather than the 6 Hogg Island boas usually stick to.
