I have a good method of administering the food once its liquefied (small syrenge down the throat), I just need a good clean way of doing the actual liquefication of one or two pinkies at a time. I don't want to use a blender or garlic press or potato masher as these should stay in the kitchen and I think will cause more clean up than I want to deal with. I have looked at a pinky pump in person and think even with the various attachments its far to large for the small mouths I intend to feed. I have considered a slap chop as well but think the flesh may stick up in the blade.

I don't want to talk about force feeding in this thread as its a tough decision enough for me to make but I have decided and thats that until the animal starts gaining lost weight and growing. If you feel the need to discuss it with me please pm me.

I have purchased from this guy in the past. Great product I have used it with great success. Be careful!

Why do you need it? Generally even babies will eat given time, if you have trouble start them on live and work em over to F/t

I have never had to put my babies through this..

But, chopping up a pinkie is far easier while it is frozen.

they thaw fast after that, so chop quickly....

I can dice up six or so pinkies in just a few seconds while they are frozen.

They are not rock hard at all, it's like stiff ice cream, use a strong razor sharp knife and they chop up really clean.

Then in like 10 minutes the mush is completely thawed and ready to feed.

Seems that a knife and a fork are the best way for me to eviscerate them for syringe injection down the throat. Gross but works.

There is also the blender, split what you get in half and get a nasty protein shake :)

They need to make a mini pinky pump or a mini blender...
