so now I have 2 choices, either pay cash for office visits, or trade in an experienced top notch doctor for a substandard one that will accept something silly like $35 an office visit.

I am a professional, and I demand a hundred dollars an hour for my time, if I was suddenly told I would have to accept half that or lose my customer, I would lose my customer, since I could find another who will pay full price to replace the one who only wanted to pay half.

I am all for what this country was founded on. However back in their day it was REALLY REALLY hard to travel. Not like today.
