I have never heard a hiss in person this loud from a snake. They are very pissy and I think I will actually not bother them until feeding day and maybe awhile after that lol. The Rosey boas we got with them didn't even act stressed like they had been in a box for a day.

There faces and the way they move kind of remind me of a bird of prey and I am actually slightly intimidated by them even though they say they close mouth bite. They vibrate there tail so fast its like a cell phone on vibrate. They were a "suprize" from the guy I bought 8 rosies from lol and I wasn't planning on getting free snakes that grow to 4-5 ft, oh well guess I will look for some more 20 gal longs lol.

The male hissed so hard i felt my arm hair move, and boy do they flick there tongue and get real close to check out the fingers lol. the female is like a night and day difference but when these snakes want to move I can't keep up with them. They are a blur, I think its the markings on there back.

Yeah I kinda don't want more colubrids but these snakes are het albino and I am fascinated by them. There so different than corn snakes.

This is a link to another site that I found decent pics of albinos I think I'm not supposed to do this. Is it ok to take pics from another site and then post them rather than this way?

Nice new additions! I had a gopher snake for a short period of time and he had a great personality. He had a lot of energy and would fling his tail around when you first got him out, but he would calm right down within a minute. He did hiss at me once. I think gophers tend to be "all bark and no bite", so I'm sure you'll be able to tame them down soon.

Yes, and they are getting better. Today we had a herp club meeting with a vet speaker and colubrid showings. So I brought my corns and the female gopher, she was an angel.
