changing the calcium

how often do u change the calcium in the bowl, im abit unsure so i do it once a month but should i do it more often than that.

any help would be great thanks

I change mine every few days, but then my leo was trained by kings so likes to trash his home.
A nice bit of traipsing water through the calcium dish quickly makes it go weird. :)
