Red dot on tummy?

What's the red dot on my Bearded Dragon's stomach? It looks like a tiny injury of some sort. It's been there for a couple of days. He's acting normal and eating.

might have knocked himself on something? If he keeps acting fine and feeding and doesn't swell i wouldnt worry about it

Hard to tell form the pic but lizards do catch their undersides on things in their enclosure at times - keep a good eye on it and it will probably be gone in a couple of days (they heal quickly!)
