I found two tapeworms in my water monitors enclosure today, they were just on some piece of bark. I dont have any hints as to where they came from but they were there. Any advice on what I should do?

Since tapeworms are a parasite requiring a host to live, they originated in your pets feces.
You need to see a vet and get some panacur to correct this.

What Wayne said and keep us inform please.
Are these new acquisitions or longterm captives?unless you take him to a vet that is knowledgable about reptiles-some of these drugs are more harmful than good, if the animal is dehydrated.Dehydration is the biggest killer of imports, address this first. It definitely won't hurt to have him checked out by a vet though Moe

Tapeworms, roundworms and hookworms, all bad stuff.
I've often flirted with the idea of eating some contaminated raw fish to growt one of these suckers in my gut for a few months or 25 pounds, whichever comes first.
I'm surprised one of the big weight loss companies haven't thought of it...

They have. I believe it was back in the 40's or 50's. A simple "magic" pill that was nothing more than parasitic eggs
If you have never seen any signs of worms in their fecal matter does that necesarily mean they are safe?

=/ I watch way to many talk shows, but there are people who do the tapeworm diet thing nowadays. >.> Don't rememeber which show was going on about it. Was a lil while back but I rememeber they had quiet a few people talking about it.. Apperently they were able to buy them online?
Back to subject; I've neer had to deal with internal pestisites in my reptiles, but I know it is the same deal when it comes to mammals. Make sure the your vet really knows what they're doing, and your snake is well hydrated. Then I assume 'panacur' Wanye mentioned is a type of deworming medicine your vt can prescribe to you. Keep us updated~
This reminds me I need to give my cats their deworming soon. ;/
