Just off the top of my head, I'd say you should bump his high temps up a few degrees. Is he a boa , or a bp? Aside from that, leave him be except for water changes and offer him food once a week.

I would wager to say BP Greg, since this is the Python Regius forum, and the "profile" thread is still current. ;) XD

couldn't resist....

Spraying down an enclosure helps to bring up the humidity a little, but it wont help if the humidity is way too low, what's the humidity? If you don't know it getting a hygrometer would be great.
With regards to the eating, try not touching the snake at all and only touch his enclosure when you change the water/clean it out. once a week try and feed him, and try leaving the food in the enclosure for 24 hours and then cover the enclosure with a towel to give him some privacy and hope for the best.

The hot spot in the cage should be 91f ideally and humidity should be cyclic - i spray my guys viv each morning taking it up to 65-70%humidity but never letting it drop below 50%.

Humidity is important for BP's and you need to be on top of it and be sure that it is kept at an absolute minumum of 50%.

With a little more heat and humidity i would place bets that your guy will eat.

Heat:
Hot side: 90-95
Cool side: 80-82
Ambient: 82-85
Humidity: 60% (normal) close to 100% (during shed)

Your snake will only shed and poop once it has eaten, so your issue is food.
What are you trying to feed it?
Live, f/t or f/k?
Rat,mouse gerbil, fillet of salmon?
How large is the food item?
How large is your snake?

ive tried thawed girbil, live one live rat thawed rat no luck. the previous owner said he only eats live girbils.. he is maybe 2 ft long not smaller, the pray is a baby rat or adult girbil.. i will try leaving it over night.. should be pre killed right?

Don't even think about leaving something in the cage live overnight.
Try a live medium adult mouse.
