Shed?

I can never physically tell went my boa is gonna shed I never see his eyes get blue or hazy. His temperament definitely changes. If he's going into shed he will hiss at me and open up his mouth he never strike so I jus let him be till he's done. Does anyone know how else I could tell when he's going into shed?

Pinkish underbellies, passing up food, dull colour, bluish tint of skin... cant think of any more atm

Clouding over of the eyes often producing a bluish color lasts from a few days to a week then clears up followed by shedding. In a couple days if everything is right.
