Need to ID this stuff...

Hey, the corn I got today came with a bottle. The bottle is from a vet. I can't make out the writing so I need your help.

What I think it says is "Puatin". The instructions are as follows...

"Mix 4mls of "puatin" 1L of water or 1ml "Quatin" 250 mls of water."

Hmmm... so I guess no one knows. Oh well, I'll get a hold of the guy and see if he can tell me:)
