Hi! I just joined and since I posted pics of our BPs I didn't want to leave out our chondros.

Here are our two little ones.

Thorn (not sure if he really is a he, just wishful thinking). He's also my avatar pic.

Thank you! They are addicting! I'm already planning for more :D. We're hoping they'll get a clean green with blue dorsal stripping, maybe some yellow along the belly. I really have no idea what they'll turn out like though.

Yeah, they have really bright orange/red eyes. One of the reasons we chose these guys :).

We're hoping they will get some blues and greens. Basically we just researched pictures of others from their local to get somewhat of an idea what they may turn out like.

Aww thanks for the pics! I still love the depth of the color Thorn has.. I only can hope that my next GTP can have that same coloring. I was wondering what line of GTP is Thorn? I Have a Biak but really want another already :D

Hey, you guys are less than a couple of hours from me. I've enjoyed looking at your FB pics at Pro Exotics. I've talked to them over the phone regarding their python and they seemed to be pretty straight up. Did you have a feeling of good hygiene and husbandry there?

Oh my, I love the detailing you were able to get.. so up close and not blurry at all LOVE it... and definitely loving the close up on the eye .. :D

Hmmm, it just so happens I have an empty chondro cage in my basement! I might just have to fill it at some point! :) They are really gorgeous. Can I ask if they are aggressive? I've heard that many chondros like to bite.

WE may just be lucky but our GTP has never had any inclination to strike/bite anything except its prey.

jsmorph2, i was wondering if you could give us post shed pic updates so that we all can bask in the marvel of the colour change as you see it, i think that would be amazing to see and would give people that hasnt seen it before a chance to appreciate there full amazing colourings and would also be able to witness it as they go.

those post shed pics of the colour changes can act as a record for you aswell so you can also keep track of whats going on.

I'll just have to find a nice chondro like Lankyrob has! So I'll hold on to that cage for now at least! :)
