Hello from Colorado Springs!

Hi! Just joined today :). The hubby and I are in the Springs and, with the help of some awesome fellow herpers, we're all starting a new herp club.

I got my first reptile when I was young (a psycho green iguana) and since then I have been hooked. My husband and I have kept a variety of reptiles however, these past years we've focused on Ball Pythons and lately GTPs.

Hello and Welcome Aboard! Congrats on your new society! It's been a few years since I was on Pikes Peak, But I absolutely loved it! We rode the cog train up. Beautiful scenery!

I know! I think it's a red GTP. I visited their little club and I gotta say, considering GTBs have a nasty attitude, majority of the time.. That beauty makes me want to overlook that and get one <3 I've never seen such a stunning, eyecatching snake~ (Though Isis is just as stunning, but WOW.. What a strong red that is~)

OMG the second pic is sick as hell. Dam that thing looks like pure evil. That got to be one of the wickedest look snakes ever.

Thank you! I still have to go on the cog train :). We drove up once but the car wasn't very happy about it. I really like it here.

Haha, yeah, that's my husband's Green Tree Python, Thorn. He's so tiny if he did bite you probably wouldn't even feel it. And thank you!! The two we have are both very red/maroon neos. Sometimes they are a nice chocolaty red too. They'll eventually turn shades of green, yellow or even blue.

Hello!! And thanks so much every one!! I tried to reply to all of you individually but guess that didn't work :/.

The little red guy is Thorn, my husbands Green Tree Python. He's a maroon/red neo and hopefully when he changes he'll get some yellow and blues. He's not too bad as far as nipping, lol. I don't even think you'd feel it if he did bite, he's sooooooo tiny! And I call him a "him" but he's unsexed. Haha.
