Just got back from the All Ohio reptile show here in Columbus and WOW was it packed! They really need to get a bigger venue. They didn't have any ETB's though, but had some great prices on Carpet Pythons. At least 3 setups of breeders of ball pythons, they were everywhere. Too many ball pythons and not enough selection of other snakes in my opinion. Found out that Ringo, my cali king is a male. So now i know what to look for if i ever try to breed them. Just givin my opinion on the show.
Have a great day!

Yeah I recently went to a large expo in Arlington Texas and I agree that there were TONS of BP's and not enough of everything else. Don't get me wrong the BP's that were there were beautiful but I would have loved to see more species in general. Makes me wonder if BPs are just easy to breed in general or are they simply that popular? As my husband said "After a while everything is just a repeat even if you are looking at different tables or sellers."

I think most reptile shows are like that. The ones up in Canada I have said they should be called the BP, Crested and Leopard gecko show. There is other stuff but you really have to look closely to see some of the unique items. But people sell what is popular. If it wasn't then there wouldn't be that much of it.
