I have no idea what size my extra tanks are. I have dislexia, so I'm not very good at comparing them to other tanks and trying to figure it out. lmao.
Anyways, the larger of the two is roughly 48 inches long 20 inches wide and 24 inches tall. the second tank is 24 inches long 12inches wide and 20 inches tall.
So, in gallons roughly what size of tanks are these? Lmao, thanks for the help.

Oh , also, looking at these empty tanks makes me very sad. I was orginally using the one as a feeder tank but now I just use the tub as my python seems to accept food more readily there. So, if you have any suggestions on what sort of reptile these size tanks would be good for, please tell me. :) I've been thinking of something simple, as was considering geckos at first but I think I'd like a pet that is more up to being handled than frightened little geckos.. Not sure how I'd react to any pet lossing its tail!

The larger tank sounds like a 55 gallon, perfect for an adult corn snake.

The other sounds like a 20 gallon, perfect for a small milk snake or a garter snake.

I much prefer measurements in inches - we dont use the gallons size in th e UK and i find it much easier to picture the measurements!

Im my 48inch tanks i have - Spiny tailed monitor, frilled dragon, ball python, SD retic - just to give you some ideas!

The larger tank is 99.74 gallons and the smaller one is 24.94 gallons

The larger tank would be ok for a Bearded Dragon! and the smaller on would be ok for a leopard gecko.

I'm easier with imagining gallons LOL

Anywho, yes, I've yet to meet a mean person here and I read pretty much every post every day, even if I don't say anything c: Everything I've read by far is helpful, friendly, etc. I simply love this community <3

There are also a bunch of online converters for pretty much everything.

Here's an AQUARIUM VOLUME CALCULATOR (http://animal-world.com/encyclo/information/calculate.htm) that calculates litres or US/UK gallons from cm or inches.

Thanks for that link, sure it will come in handy.
Lol, and Sapphyr, your one of the few screen names I'm already starting to reconize, along with the one girl, Jen, who has absolutely amazing pictures of her giants I was drooling over last night. <3 I want to go and steal Isis from her. lol.
When I first got Blue, I was over whelmed with BAD information. This place has such great advice from so many people with different experiences, I keep coming back to the computer to read through more posts, I can't believe how helpful it is. Although, it's making it hard to tell myself no, i do not need any more. :P
