I have 2 male corn snakes that are both about 2 years old and one is displaying mating season behaviors. like moving jerky, being more squirley than normal, and refusing food for the past few weeks. the other male is the same as it has been with no different behavior or lack of interest in feeding. I have been keeping them in the same enclosure but since the one is acting different I am concerned that he may become aggressive twards the other. Do corn snakes get aggressive during the breeding season and should I separate them before something happens?

They should NEVER be housed together period. :) So to answer your question, Yes you should seperate them. Especially with them both being males. They should only be housed together if you plan on breeding them and then they should only be housed together during the breeding months. There are many reasons not to house them together such as, If one gets sick chances are they will both end up sick. They will spend the time competing over the prime spots in the cage for temperatures, hiding etc. This competing will result in the snakes becoming stressed and then in turn they may stop eating or regurgitate their meals which causes all kinds of stress on both the snake and yourself. Makes feeding more difficult because you have to seperate them to feed and then you have to move them after feeding which also causes stress on the snake and the complications listed above can result. Its just a bad idea all around... Hope this answers your question.

I know people that have kept males together with no issues and i myself tried it but found that one tried to dominate the other so immediately separated them. Personally it isnt something i would do again.

I housed 2 corns together when I did own them a long while ago. Never had any problem, but at the same time I never had either go off feed, display the want to mate, or anything else that would have to do with males. I was told they were males when I bought both of them as babies but I could have been told wrong for whatever reason.
