Hello and welcome! Do you let the humidity drop down some? I ask because if you keep it at 95% all the time you'll in up with a mold issue. An maybe a sick snake. I would turn the humidifier off a couple time a day or over night and let it dry out a bit. You can let it drop as low as 60%. Can't wait to see pics.:)

With my guys that need higher humidity i tend to spray well and then let it dry to about 45-50% humidity and then spray again. If you think about their natural encvironment then the humidity is never constant.

Thanks for the warm welcome, and the advice. I have turned the humidifer down to 90%, it's running from 10am - 6pm. After that it's turned off. I'm also using cypress mulch as substrate, this is replaced each week so hopefully mould shouldn't become a problem, but I will keep a close eye on it. Once again thank you for the advice and tips :)

I would have said the same about the humidity.

Anyways, welcome.~ And you know Green Tree Pythons are mostly for show, right? I heard they got some nasty attitudes on 'em, mostly a snake for display. Oh, they also got some pretty large fangs, so if you get bitten, it's gonna be a doozie. That's pretty much all I know about 'em.

I believe GTP and ETB both have refangs to help them hold on to food while hanging upside down from trees.

Upload the video onto your own youtube account on youtube, and to post the video here, copy the last string of letters/numbers on the URL and put it between [ youtube ][ /youtube ] without the spaces. So, example.

This is your URL: youtube(dot)com/watch?v=l4OSFBrxhpP8

This is what you need to type without the spaces: [ youtube ] l4OSFBrxhpP8 [ /youtube ]

Tada!

4OSFBrxhpP8

So, just take the last line after 'watch?v='. If you don't know how to upload a video on youtube, make an account, on youtube, if you don't have one by pressing 'Create Account' in the top right of the page.

After you fill out everything, it'll want to link your account to a gmail account, I personally just click on the Youtube logo at the top to avoid it. At any rate, now that you have your account, there'll be your search bar at the top, then 'Browse' on the right of it, and then 'Upload'. Click 'Upload. Now you'll see a yellow 'Upload Video' button, or a link in blue letters saying 'Record from Webcam'. If you've already recorded the video and it's on your computer, then just press the yellow button, find it on your computer, and fill out the Title, Description, Tags, Subject, etc. while it uploads, then press 'Save' at the bottom.~

No problem! Absolutely gorgeous BRB you've got, and a lovely set up, too~. I'm currently saving to afford a fogger to give my enclosure a more natural look and to have better control over the humidity. My towel method is great and all but it only works for so long before having to repeat the wetting and draining process. Plus it kind of gets in the way when trying to take mine out for handling. Say, where'd you get that large, thick vertical vine she's wrapped around? It looks like it attaches to glass aquariums(and similar enclosures), does it? I'd fancy having something like that for my BRB boy, I'm sure he'd be ecstatic to have one.

thank you sapphyr, i can now control humidity a lot easier as the humidifer has a flow dial. the thick vine is a exo terra (medium) vine wrapped around itself, and a 6mm(small) vine from e-bay, wrapped over it all :)
