We had a tough time with one of our baby Corns last year being a finicky eater and he had a couple regurges. We'd wait a week and a half to two weeks before trying a pinky head for a couple weekly feedings, then upgraded to a head and a body, then a full small pink. We'd decapitate after dethawing using a good pair of scissors. Some people like to use NutriBac or similar products to help restore digestive bacteria which is expelled during a regurge.

Some prefer to cut frozen prey with an Exacto knife, though like I described above, I had no issues cutting a dethawed pinky with scissors.

I have not tried NutriBac myself, but I know you can purchase it in the US through Kathy Love's website (http://www.cornutopia.com/Corn%20Utopia%20on%20the%20Web/-%20TOOLS%20PRODUCTS%20herp%20Cornutopia%20corn%20s nakes%20cornsnakes.htm) where she has a link to more information (http://www.cornutopia.com/Corn%20Utopia%20on%20the%20Web/Nutribac%20information.htm).

Wait a week. Leave the snake alone if all the temps and everything are fine and then attempt to feed it.

I don't know how tiny your snake really is but unless it's unhealthily tiny then a small pinky will suffice. If it got it down once and held it down for a period of time then it should be fine.
