My BP has been hanging out like this for an hour or so...

he did it earlier today as well. the first time for about half an hour. this time it's been about an hour and he's still doing it. he moves his position slightly every so often i guess to keep comfortable. is he alright?

i assume you're correct, but i don't understand why, or how that could be comfortable for him. he's just been sitting like that for about an hour and a half

Completely normal. If I catch my BP doing something similar--he does all the time--I'll snap a picture and upload.

Looks fine to me. just some odd behavior isn't that uncommon.
