bull snake

im looking to get a bull snake wondering if anyone has kept one befoe just looking for som in fo heat cage size ...

I used to have a juvenile bull snake. They are neat snakes, but they get huge. They can be fine in a 20-gallon, or BP sized snake rack as juveniles, but adults need at least a 5' x 2' cage. More space is better because they are very active colubrids. They are native to North America, so they are pretty hardy as far as temperatures go, but they do best with a hot end in the low 80s and a basking area in the high 80s.
