ok so basically i have no one to baby sit my boa when i go home for christmas (will be gone a month) so what i planned on doing is packing him up and taking him with me. I am driving from florida to michigan, and basically need to know what i can do to keep him nice and cozy while driving.

Put him in a snake bag or pillow case. Then put in box or tote with packing peanuts so he doesn't bounce around.
Make sure to have air holes.
Make sure to have some heat packs in case something happens to keep him warm.
You can tape one of this to the top inside of the box. This will help maintain a safe temperature.
If you stop some where like for over night you can put him in a plastic pet carrier make sure to offer water.
Don't handle a lot because he most likely going to be a bit jumpy.
Very important make sure he can't get out while your driving. Last thing you want is him getting into your your dash or under your seat.
Hope this helps. Any question just ask.

......what kind of heat pack? The instead 24 or 48 hour packs. you just open the pack it comes in and it will start warming up. You can find them at pet shop, UPS store , i think even wal-mart. They're what breeder use for shipping.
10 Count 40 Hour Heat Packs (http://www.shipyourreptiles.com/shop/heat_packs/product/40_hour_heat_packs-_10_count/)
To give you a idea of what they are.

Obvious question and sire you have this covered, are you taking his setup with you or have you got somewhere "permanent" tokeep him when you get where you are going?
