can i keep two male jcps in 1 tank

No all snakes with a few exceptions need separate tanks.

Also you never want to keep two males together as you could end up with a dead snake. Males will fight over territory or the one will bully the other causing stress. The only time two python or boas should be kept together is a male and female for breeding.
