Do you just feed them chopped mice or rats?

Chopped pinkie mice, minced fish.

when they grow up I feed mice.

These snakes are so active that a little extra fat content means nothing.. They burn it off quickly.

Unlike a boa or python, garter snakes eat constantly.

my normal feeding routine is every three days. every other day or daily with babies.
