1. how important is it for a <1 yr old BRB have climbing things for her? i have had a little tree branch in her cage and she only uses it rarley (from what i see) and everytime i get her out, i have to take it out of the cage.... with is a pain bc i bought a little peice of wood like 2"x2" to put on the bottom so it wont fall over and i have that burried in the jungle bedding.
i am thinking about buying some vines from a pet store but truth be told i have no idea how to even use them... i see ppl all the time with them and they look sooooooo nice!! any help on using those?
2nd. i feed her 2 frozen/thawed rat pups every 10 days (all are on a 10-13days feeding schedule due to work schedule) and i feel that she could eat more... instead of bumping her up to 3 rat pups, what is the next feeding stage after rat pups? weened? any help would be great! i have had her for 5 months and she shed 3 times for me, if that helps....
and b4 you ask... pics! :)

What kind of cage is it in? If it plastic or pvc you can get bird perchs that have a bolt coming out of the end. Just drill a hole put the bolt threw then put the wing nut on. I seen the vine, but never try them. Here's a pic of one.

In that case i say give the vines a try.
Check out this site they have vines and and a wooden jungle gym set made for a 10 gallon. It really cool.
Wood supplies and manzanita (http://lllreptile.com/store/catalog/reptile-supplies/wood-supplies-and-manzanita/)
Hi I'm using the vines for my setup and like them a lot. They were a little bit tough to setup initially just because I didn't know how I wanted it to look at the end of it all. I'm using it a an exo terra 18x18x18 terrarium. I got 3 different sized vines and twisted them together. My brb is 2 months old and I've seen him use it at night weaving in and out of them.
Hope that helps!

the vines are easy to use, yhey come in small medium and large, just get two or three and wind them around each other and mix them up abit to meke them look realistic.... then bend them and shape them to however suits your viv and your snake

i did find a bird cage ladder thing i might get, its pretty cool looking!! here they are!
finished cage:

what i did to secure them is cut about 1 inch off of each end, revealing the bare wire... took the wire and bent it over the top of the cage, put the lid on, then secure it with my locks... THE BARE WIRE IS NOT IN THE CAGE, IT CAN NOT HARM HER!!! i took her out and put her on them hoping she would check them out but she just went back in her hide....
wish my computer was better so i could be on photobucket and ssnakess at the same time to upload pics better!!

That is an amazing setup... I was going to get one of those but wasn't sure hot the heating would work out... with the light on top...
Last night I cauft her tail up on it but she was in her water, tonight I seen her like checking it out.. looking at it and stuff...
So I receive she will use it if she already isn't!
Thanks!! I checked the enclosure out on YouTube and saw that most people just covered the top totally. I have a little cut out for the moonlight to shine through and that's it. My temps range 71-85 and humidity is in the 80's. I'm hoping it lasts him at least a year. That gives me time to save for a bigger size.
Yeah Brb like to climb. Glad to hear yours is using the vines. I have to find a way to make it more stable because everything is moved around in the morning.
