Wanted to start a thread where people can show their individual artwork.

I made most of these pieces in 2008. The donut teapot with teacups won an award and was purchased by my old highschool.

Teapot w/ Cups
Black & White Tension
Twisted Circles
Suspended Black

Which is your favorite? I'd love any comment!

I love the teapot! Very Alice in wonderland :D The ageing effect you have on your varnishing looks very very cool indeed

That`s enamelling in those first ones isn`t it? Very nice objects indeed! I really like those :)
I`ve only got a picture of one of my paintings, I`ll try and photograph some more but I tend to give them away when they`re finished lol I`ve only got two here at the moment. Here`s one, a winter woodland scene in acrillics.....

I`ve kept that one and framed it. I`ll post another picture of it actually, it looks far better in a frame. The flash has washed out some colour in this shot too.
Here`s one I work on when I`m not well. I tend to paint when I`m so bad I`m on my arse and can`t really walk much. I`ve not actually worked on this for a good few months which is good but also not good because I want to get on with it! lol

Oh and I suppose my jewellery can go in here too. This is a brooch I made for a photographer about oooooh years ago... ten twelve years back I think. I`ve just about finished making a workshop at home so I can start up on my own. I couldn`t work for an employer because my health isn`t good enough but I can do as much as possible at home :) I`ve been buying the tools of my trade bit by bit for ages and I`m very close to being able to start now. :)

Unfortunately I don't have any digital pics of my artwork, just a few scans of some pencil sketches I did awhile back...guess they'll have to suffice for now!

Well, I'd like to start off saying that I envy all of you you're talent.

@ Tyler, the suspended black amazes me how did you do that?

@ Laura, you are not a fan of Tim Burton are you?

@ Feebo, Next nature scene you'd like to give away, I'll give yo my address and pay shipping mate!

@ Savage. Still waiting to see some of the tattoos you've done man! And is any of your music online?

Would love to indulge your request presspirate but an unfortunate system crash on my last computer wiped my hard drive clean and I lost about 7 years worth of pictures, music, and documents. I had most of it backed up on disc, but now I can't find the box I kept all those discs in anywhere! If I stumble across it (and trust me, I'm looking) I'll try to post something for you to check out. I had lots and lots of really good stuff on there! Oddly enough, no one in my household seems to know where it went either! Guess I'm supposed to believe a shoebox full of CD's managed to hide itself! LOL

why thank ya! and ill agree with you lol. I have a thing for hands. such a beautiful natural tool.

I agree with you Tyler...hands can be a b***h to get right and appear natural, as can the eyes. Getting the eyes right makes all the difference IMHO. Eyes are the windows to the soul and either bring a picture to life or leave it dead and lifeless (no matter how realistic it is). I suppose I should spend more time drawing again, but I have no time anymore, which is why all I could contribute were a few cheesy pencil sketches done while I was drunk! Seems thats the only time I actually take the time to indulge in that particular hobby anymore!

Excellent human face there :) That`s no little thing to get the muscle structure spot on like that....

I finished this tarantula not long ago, I`m hoping to sell it and do the odd one or two here and there for tool money. He`s carved into a lovely bit of Soapstone I imported a while back. I`ve got loads of the stuff! lol The whole rock is about fist size, soz I didn`t think to put any sort of scale whatsit in the photos.....

I don`t even like spiders ! I just liked the idea of having a crawley thing coming out of the stone. It was an odd shaped stone I wasn`t really going to make the most of until I had the idea to have him emerging from it. I thought maybe I could sell these to fund my Goldsmithing tools I`m building up. We`ll see I suppose, Maybe nobody wants to spend money on something like this. I was hoping with this one to find someone that just loves thier spiders so much they couldn`t resist :)
