sound like a respiratory problem to me, one of my snakes used to do it as well occationally tho not just during shed, until i stopped using wood chips and started just using old newspapers, im sure someone who has had a snake do this during shed can help a little better. Welcome to the forum :)

Only does it when shedding due to loose skin in the nostrils making a weird noise.
Quite common for some snakes to sound like they may have an RI during their shed cycle.
If its gone as soon as it sheds likely the case here.
Ensure husbandry is correct & extra humidity could be required during shedding as well.
Any signs such as nasal discharge, open mouth breathing etc. could be more concern in regaurds to a RI, Mark

I have a few snakes that sound horrible when they go into shed; I used to freak out and make vet appointments, only to have them be fine once they shed. Some snakes just sound that way in shed, due to the loose skin like Mark said. If it does continue after shedding though, take it to the vet.
