Sweet!! just passed my class 5 drivers test!

had to let my herping friends know of my great news, Just passed my class 5 drivers test for my full license so now i can get into the next rcmp exam to start my carreer as a police officer and try to help the poor people where i grew up, << very bad place where im from. make a difference in my community if i can. now i just got to wait for an exam to open up for registry, and i can now apply again, i already applied and got exepted before, but my license was not good enouph and was not able to write it on test day :( so i hurdle down,a few more to go :) thx for reading and sharing my excitment all you herping friends!! :)

Congratulations mate, i cant say being a police officer ever interested me as i was always on the other side of the line when growing up lol. It would be a fun job though.

i know what you mean percey, i was a very bad person growing up as well,i went so far as getting a half sleeve of police getting ripped apart on my arm, but one new years eve my bad ways caught up to me,3 guys stabbed me to death, i layed dead on the street for a few minutes,and a few times later that night as well and then life support,i came to hospital doa and all the doctors said its an absolute miracle i lived with how bad my injuries were.ill spare the details it rather gory.I then gave up my old way and my bad so called friends and became a good person, helping people in need if i could,and not doing harm to others, just one more way to payback my second chance at life :) 8 years and counting, and Ill make a damn good living doing it, win win situation this whole cop thing. 78k a year base sallery after 2 years on the force,+ benifits as well as 500 a week for 6 months as they train me in sask bc :) Hooo ah sounds like a hell of a job to me + i know all the names of the donuts at the local shops lol jk on the last part :P

Yeah i have had nothing but drama's with the police here for many many things in the past. Now have a criminal record which comes up everytime i travel overseas and for the offence was way too harsh imo but the judge didnt think so lol. I have calmed down alot but still manage to spend my fair share of time explaining myself to them.

lol yup i know what you mean, many many time i have been pulled over and they are like,rat out so and so,f/u pig...and the beatings start... but i dont have a criminal record for nothing,most i ever done was sat in jail over night for beating an off duty cop outside a bar one night which they didnt press charges because he started the fight and it was all on camera.not so tough with out his gun lol but i was a fast runner and jumper lol well at least faster than the people running beside me were lol

lol thank you very much, :) i had my other license since canada decided to go with the graduated license program, i had my old class 7 with restrictions for 12 years now lol how lazy is that eh lol

i failed the last 3 road test in the last 6 months for speeding, so instead of waiting another 3 months to get a road test i went and sat from 5 am till 4:30 pm for the last 3 days at the dmv as a stanby in hope people fail to show for their book road test and they take standby in their place.... what a long 3 days i tell you. today i got their just after 4 30 am and still got 4th in line and they dont open till 730am, i got their today an i was like wtf im still not the first person here LOL yall are crazy and the other 3 lauphed as they had been waiting with me the other 2 days as well :P

Congrats on getting your license!! Good luck on being accepted into the RCMP! My husband and I know several great cops. It's sad that cops are always being targeted as the "bad guys", by the people who consistently break the law.
When you decide to become a cop, you are also willingly putting a big target on your back for everyone. People you thought were your friends will think they have a free pass and can do anything because hey, you're a cop, you can get them off, right? People you don't even know will call you filthy names or tell you what they plan to do to your mother/sister/daughter when they get out.
Being a cop isn't easy and I applaud you for making that choice and doing what you can to become one!

thx annie your right, anyone i still know Hates the idea of me becoming a cop,they think im making a huge bad carreer choice, my familly supports me alot tho. and yes my true friends that are not going to never talk to me again when/if i make it through all the tests to get accepted,are like sweet your going to be able to let me off on all sorts of stuff lol i dont say much to it, it really is a big sacrifice but it will be worth it,when i bust some guy that pimps women or some child abuser or a murderer, those days will make up for everything i will go through thats negitive :) thx again.

congrats, ill see you there one day, most likely in a year or so, i still need to wait to get my G license (unrestricted in Ontario) and then i'll be out to BC for the hiring process lol i found the P.A.R.E. testing was much easier than the P.R.E.P. which is the ontario physical testing. good luck!

same to you !!! :) we will both be going to sasc for training if we both pass , i read it takes about 18 months from start to finish of the hiring process. if you dont like going to the gym go buy or dowlaod p90x, i did it for the 3 months and wow! that program is Great,your will lose so much fat and convert to muscle as well as your cardio improves so much you cant put it into words. i went from doing like 5 pushups at 230 pound and running like 10 min and dieing rght out to 200 pound the last time i weighed in doing like 50 pushups in a row and i just ran a 10k in 1 hour flat non stop running :) it really is great i put a few pound back on because im injured atm but when i hands heal im going to do it again. just a tip for you fellow future officer :)

lol ive always been skeptical about the whole p90x thing but if it works it works right? i don't trust the people on the informercial enough lol, my college has quite the physical training focus, its great we do classes where we run 10k or 5k or 5miles lol and a lot of circuits, rappeling, self-defence, foot-chase simulations and we do the P.A.R.E. and P.R.E.P. testing with all the equipment. and then of course the shuttle run!! :) i love it but most people hate the beep test lol i also play rugby for the college and hockey in my spare time lol i love being active! lol

well sound like your ahead of the game :) i was super lazy but im coming around now that i can keep up :P ya the p90x works great im a sceptic as well but i heard and seen friends do it and seen major result before i forked out the cash , its just basically alot up pullups and pushups and one hell of an ab workout and they way they change the work out you do every 3 weeks and if you work out real hard for 1 hour a day how could it not work really , you could do anything that makes your sweat for an hour an a day and you would lose weight lol but i Hate going to the gym and i dont have any friends that do activities other than lifting beer to their mouth all day lol
