Dont mind the odd slayer either prefer pantera from those times. In my mind they were the best metal band of their era.
Here is another death core band for you. I dont think cookie monster is the word for it, i will add another genre i love as well.
YouTube - DESPISED ICON - Furtive Monologue (OFFICIAL VIDEO) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mUaAjEB3acg)

Furtive Monologue: I can appreciate the good old fashioned speed metal, if not the vocals. And The video was cool mate. It had a snake in it.
Green Stuff: Mr. Puta..... Need I say More? :D

Yeah im going BMTH in september over here, they are pretty sweet. I love job for a cowboy and seen them not long ago with behemoth and goathore. Chelsea Grin is a good band as well, also annotations of an autopsy, with blood comes cleansing, killwhitneydead, arsonists get the girls are all good as well.

hahaha the bloodhound gang! i used to think that song was amazing hahaha i think the bands novelty wore off though lol that seems to be the only song they're remembered for
@ percey, yeah seems we have similar taste in music lol JFAC is great and arsonists get all the girls, i think they're canadian, Alexisonfire is a good canadian band, not as hard, but it has melodic breakdowns, the thing about cancer bats i like is that they sound so different from other bands that scream etc. as far as political bands go i used to be big into anti-flag, until i heard Underoath and they've been number one on my list ever since lol

Hooray for Boobies was a great album. One Fierce Beer Coaster comes in a close second. Jimmy Pops Lyrics are always fun, and usually silly. Here is another good one....

@ emseekay. Yeah very similar music taste. Carnifex, All shall perish, As blood runs black, Caliban, Emmure are all sweet. Heaven shall burn had some good earlier stuff but not a fan any more. Meshuggah, Opeth, Cannible Corpse, Dying Fetus, Decapitated, Gorgoroth, Pig destroyer, Whitechapel, Winds of Plague, Satyricon, Bloodbath and Carcass.
These are a few of the bands i have really started listening to again. I love a bit of black metal every now and then too.
Wayne thanks for the link, cant stand the song but wow

Im absolutely stoked at the moment. My freind who has got me tickets to concerts before has just told me that he has tickets for me for soundwave festival here. The line up includes iron maiden, slayer, stone sour, rob zombie, bfmv, avenged sevenfold, primus, new found glory, devil driver, sevendust, terror, 36 crazyfists, ill nino and many more. The best part is though they are back stage tickets as my mates uncle is a promoter for iron maiden and most of the european bands that are coming and said we can sit on the side of the stage to watch and spend time with bands. Best part will be hitting up the after party with them all. WooHoo im excited and will be taking my camera with me to take some good shots!!!

since this is music related i found this on the web the other day
“Rocker Slash gave up his collection of 80 pet snakes over fears the creatures would not make for a safe home environment for his first child. The Velvet Revolver star kept mostly deadly pythons and boas at his home but he realised it could be dangerous if one of the snakes got into his son’s nursery – so he got rid of them.”
deadly... yep. i hate the media...

When I was little, Dad had this monster stereo with a Sansui amp, Bose speakers, Denon Cassette and Onkyo turntable. That thing shook the house.
I used to sneak into my parents "off limits" area and listen to his records on it.
A lot of my taste in music today is based on the stuff I played then.

This was the only part you needed - PUUy-ylur-E I cut that directly from what you posted Percy, try the "Preview Post" button, it will display the post on your monitor just as the forum would see it, and allows you to "test view" before casting your post to the board.
