cheers shaun Who you kidding! If that was a albino Diamond Python and you had that kind of money you know you buy it. lol Just messing with Shauny. Even if i had that kind of money i couldn't justified spending that on in snake, but dam it still nice looking at them.:)

for sure! i dont think i could justify paying nearly $20,000 on a snake unless it was for a business or something. I'd rather pay off some student debt with that lol

Wow great looking snake, shame about the price tag. I have developed a real soft spot for albinos and im now saving my penny's for a pair of albino death adders and olive pythons. Im struggling to justify $19000 for a pair of olives though, so might be as tight as a fish's bum and buy a 100% het and an albino instead for $16000. Its a shame how people put such high price tags on snakes as it makes them inaccessable to the vast majority of people that only wish to keep thems as pets.

to be honest I prefer the normal morphs in the rainbows - be interested to see how its irridesence shows in the flesh
the prices will come down in a few years - about 7-8 years ago an albino royal was about £3k, now u can get them for £400-600
They are really investment animals at that price and if they don't breed or it is shown not to be a dominant trait then you could end up with an expensive pet.

Im hearing you about the investment side of things. I am only hoping to make my money back out of the first clutch of olives then i will drastically drop my prices and will have to give some to mates for pretty much nothing. The adders are great as the breeder who bred the first ones is selling them purely for the hobby and kept pairs as low as $2000. I find that very admirable as he could of charged what ever he wanted, but chose to keep them cheap so as everyone can enjoy them.
In the end though if you really like the animal its worth every cent you spend, i have some very basic looking animals that i would not sell for all the money in the world. A snake is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
