that is a sweet one....and a holdback since I have no albinos, just hets. quite the nice one...lots of red already!! will be sexing in a couple days

I didn't realize these girls got so girthy. Is it normal or is she just a large specimen?

The ladies get much bigger than the males, they deliver large litters, so they need that extra room to hold them all.

My female plains is just as girthy as that one is. She also looks gravid. (hey Don, is she gravid in that pic?)

all of my female garters are roughly twice as wide as the males are.

yes, she is gravid....got just over a month til shes due. was bred with the male quad het albino, so babies will be 50% possible het albino also.

the red spots are starting to eat along with some of the red sided garters. will be available soon. the plains are taking guppies.
