vision cages/tub/aquariums???? help

can anyone help me out with my caging problems... i am getting a 5th snake and the lil set up i currently have isnt going to work cuz ill be out of room. i really like the look of vision cages and really love the sliding doors!! i hate the top screen lids i have to take off. so that is a huge plus for vision cages. i was looking into tubs, but i love watching my snakes move and "play". i know vision cages can be a lil expensive but ill get the biggest one ill need right away and provide with hides and everything to make snakes feel safe.

Also im looking into the exo-terra cage that opens in the front and its glass.... i like those too..

just can i get some insight on these three caging options? are vision cages good? are there anything like the vision cages but cheaper? anyone here using vision cages....

can everyone just post pics of their setups.... BP, corns, KSB, and BRB!! or anything really!! thanks

I love my vision cage. They stack neatly and still allow for lamp and pads,eliminating the need for a rack. Only problem i have with it is the spot for the heat lamp melted on me. I think they need to make that part stronger and not plastic if it's intended for a HEAT LAMP. Or maybe you need a special lamp i wasn't aware of?

We have just acquired a vision cage - its wooden and great having access to view the snake easily unlike the tub that we have the young ones in.

Take a look on ebay if you are looking for cheaper versions - there seems to be quite a few on their from 2ft upto 5ft for less than £100 on the UK site - usually you need to collect or arrange courier but even so its much cheaper than buying new.

I have exo-terra and I love them. The plastic is very thick and I don't run into the problem of these melting on me. They are great because they are deeper instead of wider, but I do not think these will help you much on saving space if you are running very low.

I also have a glass exo terra cage to solve an escape problem i was having with a ten gallon tank. i really like it, virtually escape proof unless you leave it unlocked or leave the top off. they don't stack which is a downer and they are expensive and need a special light fixture (i just use a regular lamp but it doesnt look as nice). i have seen the vision cages but don't have one (out of my price range) but i know there are stackable ones and i have never heard anything bad about them (except they are expensive)

i hear that the vision cages melt ( as stated ) and they tend to bow down after a while...

the exo terra cages would those be good for a ball python, 2 corn snakes, KSB, and a BRB?

Besides vision there's all kinds of other plastic cages that are cheaper. Boaphile, America plastic, and Boamaster just to name a few. I'll post some pics of my Boaphile later. You can find all kinds on kingsnake.com. I got my 4 used for $300.00

Ok - am starting to think that what i call a "vision cage" is gonna be different to what you guys are thinking of - but here is the piccie of the one i have. Cost was £50 including everything in it (snake and all!!).

I adopted the corn snake and it came with the whole set up - not bad for £50!! They sell similar ones for around £70 to £100 in most of the reptile/pet places around here.
