Here is a vid someone made of how "awesome" where I live is. It is almost 5 mins but fairly amusing if you have the time and dry sense. "Just remember, once you come to Troy, you won't leave. Probably because someone jacked your car."
I can't figure out how to embed on here...

All of the nice meadows are farms we are in dairy country here.

amazing mate, you have some really beautifull houses and land in your family.your daughters place sitting so close to that lovely shoreline is the kind of place my wife dreams of.she always wanted a cottage next to either a beach, lake or big river.she would love to go to sleep at night listening to the flow of water.

sounds like a great plan mate.jumping back and fourth between the 2 houses on your land.over here you would have to go through a lot of red tape to get building permission, etc.are you able to put up what you like as long as you own the land ? i must admit im envious of how and where you live.your pretty much living me and my wifes dream.good on you mate.

i'm 43 years old,my first grandkids are 1 year old on the 17th june.twins a boy and a girl.my other grandson will be 2 months old today.my daughter in law who had the twins is pregnant again.so i will have 4 grandkids just after i turn 44 years of age.must admit when i got the title grandad it made me feel old.i was 20 years old when my wife had our first of 4 kids.we agreed that we would have kids early on so we could have a bit of a life when we hit our 40's.that back fired as now we have all these grandkids running about.wouldnt change it for the world though.

So we have a lot of new people.. show off your location here.
Ok well, you might not normally think of NYC as being beautiful, but I live in a great neighbourhood in one of the best cities in the world. I love it here. And though I dont really have a big back yard (oh I do miss that) I do have a park right outside my front door that makes it more interesting. And there is the fact that I can get anything I want at any time of the day; kinda handy!
Here is the view from my front door...

And this was what I was watching last July 4th...
