lol theyre very cool animals, i would say more of a display but i love how bright the colours are on them lol, i saw one similar in Reptiles magazine today called a Tiger Legged green tree frog or something along those lines, it had the same shaped body with almost greyish eyes and the belly and legs were bright yellow and reddish-black bands! it was incredible! lol

I had green tree frogs for a while, but they never seemed to do that well for me. I have a Pacman frog that is the fattest bugger ever and he's hardy as anything, and a red-spotted toad that looks like ET and also is doing really well. He's huge- about 6 inches long!

im pretty sure you can put both gtf's and retf's in the same enclosure, at night you can hear them calling back and forth to each other its honestly the coolest sound lol id recommend these guys for sure! lol pacman frogs look so funny, how is his temperment?

Yeah- I heard mine croaking all the time, and I had a mister and dripper and waterfall system for them. They just didn't do well for me. My Pacman frog is a lazy fat ****. All he does is sit and he pees on people if they hold him for too long. He's not at all aggressive, just fat and really really lazy. My tomato toad is a neat creature though- he will croak and squeak when you get him out and he's very alert and curious about everything I do in the room. He has these huge, alien-looking eyes and will sit and watch me and croak comments at me...lol. His name is Ketchup and the Pacman is Luigi.

lol i was really worried at first about their humidity levels, actually i think that was the first post i made on this site! lol, once their environment is established and you get the hang of things, its as easy as anything else i guess lol. haha both tomatos and pacmans look quite funny lol, and those are awesome names hehehe :D
haha! I love that first photo :) I really like RETF, I used to have a White's tree frog a while back but she never really did it for me. super cute but pretty boring :P I didn't have many other reptiles at that point though, I'd like to get some tree frogs to display in the future, or maybe dart frogs ;)

as far as dart frogs go i looooove dendrobates azureus i think theyre called? lol theyre the blue dart frogs, they look soo amazing, the RETFs are really cool too lol theyre nocturnal but when theyre out, theyre pretty active, its always cool to see their bright red eyes and i like the blue streak down their sides lol what are the whites like? lol
I thought the RETFs were gifts...are they still at your house? LMAO

Mine was pretty lazy and I didn't see her move much, even at night. I saw her shed once and I thought she was dying! lol! She looooved to eat though haha. She was in a fairly small tank and if I had frogs now I'd do it differently.
(google pic BTW)
