We are looking ahead to when our corns need full size vivs and pricing things up and exploring our options.
We have been offered custom made 3 tier 3ft wooden vivs (without heating and electrics but ready to fit out) made to our spec - wife wants one for beardies and the other two for my snakes. We have been quoted £150 including delivery and wondered if you all thought this was a good price?

sounds ok to me mate.i pay £52 each on 2ft tanks,£72 each on 3ft tanks and £95 each on 4ft tanks, thats from swell reptiles flat packed and delivered to my house.i no nothing about keeping lizards mate, but would the lizard get spooked by the snakes or vice versa ? just with you saying its a stack of 3 i'm assuming one on top of the other.a £150 for built to order viv's sounds like a decent bargain to me.
cheers shaun

From what I remember of Pounds Sterling and from what I heard about it all going tits up over there, I'd say 150 for 3 cages in a 3 tier is a go. Thats only 50 a tier. Even into dollars that less than $100 for each tier... good money imo

current exchange rate at the minute is. 1.47 american dollars or 1.48 canadian dollars to the british pound.compared to an average of 1.94 dollars to the pound we were getting before this bloody credit crunch.
