Looking good, I'm really starting to gain interest in these guys. What's his temperment like?

Nice Borneo!! I have a pair of bloods that are ok once they are out, but quite cage defensive.
Jess, they tend to be nippy (they don't call them "snapper heads" for no reason) but like any other species they can tame down with some work and patience. Mine are cage defensive and easily startled but they are beautiful, impressive snakes.

She got one of the sweetest temperment. As never hiss, or stiked, and love to be held. My freind Shawn says i am the luckiest s.o.b. all my snakes i have now are some of the easy snake to handle. Both of his stike every time he get them out.{king snake and Save python} I swear my borneo love to pose for the camera.

Lol...good for you having a sweet Borneo! Savus are normally nasty, so your friend isn't alone. LOL, I have an ETB and 2 GTPs that are very tame, and a pair of white-lippeds that are handleable although cage defensive. The only really snappy snake I have is a Macklot's that tries to wrap my arm and eat my hand every time I have to pick him up..lol. And my fiance's Nicaraguan boa hates me- she freaks and open-mouth hisses and strikes every time I am in the room, but is fine with him...lol. Only snake that I can't work with at all.

The funny thing is his savu never stikes at me just him and about every one else. It piss him off because i can reach right in to the cage a pick it up no problem, but he has to use a hook or it nail him. Lucky for him it still a baby, so it doesn't hurt.

Haha! My fiance has a female Nicaraguan boa like that. He can reach right in and grab her and she doesn't even hiss. If I so much as look into her cage, she starts freaking out with open-mouthed loud-a$$ hissing and striking and rearing up and every time I have to pick her up she goes for my face. She hasn't gotten me yet, but man she tries. Only snake I've ever met that somewhat freaks me out. It just seems like it's a personal thing against me..lol. I know they can't really think like that, but it's nuts, because she's zero to full-out attack instantly.

I think it just Shawn or his colgon. I had a baby retic that wasn't happy if his teeth sung in it my hand. He flat out jump out of his cage when i open it a go for my face. Nip me on the nose twice. So i trade him. He now 13 years old 16 feet and has never bit or stike at anyone else. I seen him a little over a year ago {first time sense trading him} he hissed an struck at the glass. Ben said that was the first time he done that 12 he had him. That one snake i don't miss. LOL
