Got these 2 from J&J as well, one thursday, the other today. First, the little lady:

I know this may be a duh question, but I am assuming they call them Copperhead Rat Snake b/c of their color, right(since it's a colubrid)? That name just freaks me out a bit, as I live in TX. :-)

It is the colour, for certain. They also go by 'radiated rat snake.'

Lovely pictures! I like their eyes... they look different than other snake eyes, the sort of look more like goldfish eyes, but i like it.
