has anyone had unusual complications breeding boas?

I havn't had any problems so far but if I can learn from others mistakes it would be better than making my own. Last year I had 26 babies all 18-20 inches and they all did fine, I have done all the research I can possibly do, and try to make things perfect, but I have done things like have my snake eat a towel before, (never read anything about that) So If I can get any breeding advice that you can only get from experience that would be great! Anyone had any unusual experiences? My female is about 3 mos along now. Here is a pic of last year.
