fountain/waterfall

i am building a waterfall setup in my enclosure to improve the apearance of the enclosure and to ad some humidity im also going to use a inline filter system but my problem is this im using hydraulic portland concrete mix i have put about 3 cot of drylok water based masonry sealer but when i put water in and i let it sit for a day the water feels almost like its tuning to slime any 1 know anything about this???

good question did ya? I used grout over styrofoam with a water fountain sealer it worked well then my tegu tore it up lol....
