Hello, I'm new :) Obviously. My name's Jess.

I've always loved animals of all kinds. I got into snake ownership when I was a freshman in high school. I got a baby corn snake for Christmas from "Santa". Her name was Tallulah and I had her for a few years before I had to leave for college. I had my dad taking care of her in my absence and one day he didn't secure the lid...She got out and we never did find her. I suspect she made it outside, since it was still warm weather out... Makes me so sad to think about it. Anyway...

Now I have a one year old ball python named Jinx! And he's what brings me to this forum. I've had him for about six months. I'm really looking forward to having people to chat to about my boy since most of my friends just don't "get it"!

Nice to be here!

Hey I'm new here also. I got a BP as well. Not sure how old but she seems quite young. I have been sucking up info so fast here I'm really glad this forum exists. Way better than reading a book or FAQ sheet.

Lil Boa, I have a ball python named after cars too. When I got it I was told it was female so I named it Selene, but it turned out to be a boy, so Saleen he became! My fiance named his female het albino Bp Roush. So we have a pair of "racing" BPs...lol

Welcome to all the newbies--wow, this site is really hopping! It's great to hear from so many people who care about doing the best they can for their snakes & other herps.

We really enjoy talking about our snakes--and showing them off--so post some pics, all of you!

Sandy
