hey guys im new to this site and i need a lil help. just purchased 2 red tails, long story short i got them and they havnt been looked after correctly. i need some advice on helping the female complete her shed. shes part done but its a bad shed.

Soak her in a tub of 85 degree water. Make sure it only comes about halfway up the snake's sides, so it doesn't panic.
