clean with liserine and water

i have an boa that has mites it's really my first time dealing with this i know theres things u can buy but i was wondering if there was any household remedies that was safe to clean my snake with a friend of mine cleans and if wounded his snake with listerine original mixed with water

I just used the Nix remedy and I loved it. It was pretty easy and it eradicated the problem from my collection of 30 snakes completely! There is another thread on here that gives directions. Just search for Nix and snake mites. I would recommend that as it is less toxic than the commercial mite treatments and it smells nice too, and as far as I know it is the only method that kills the eggs as well as the larvae and adults.

Yeah, I do. I love snakes and once I got my fiance into them as well, our collection exploded. We are planning on breeding in a few years once everyone gets up to size. Balls, bloods, white-lippeds and various hybrids.

Eventually, yes. That is why I have so many snakes, although they are all also my pets and I love them all.
